Join us for yoga at PRG led by Mary McCallum. Mary will lead us in a great yoga practice based on recovery for runners. Your hips and calves will thank you! Please bring your own mat if you can. We do have a several extra if needed. Mary is teaching this class on a donation basis so please consider bringing cash to help keep this available. No previous yoga experience necessary.
