Located between the jungle and the world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, the Vida Asana School of Yoga and Eco-Retreat Center provides easy access to activities, excursions, restaurants and shopping, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to relax and restore. In addition to daily yoga and meditation, you will be able to soak in the sun at the pool or bike 5 minutes to the beach. A 60 minute deep-tissue massage is included and there will be many opportunities for group or solo excursions, including hiking tours, stand-up paddleboarding, ziplining and horseback riding.
