Working out with body-positive and inclusive personal trainer can change your whole world—showing you that you are both strong and powerful, regardless of your size or ability. After years of wishing I saw more body diversity in the gyms where I worked out, I decided to be the change I wanted to see in the world. I became a plus-size personal trainer.

In my private and small group personal training sessions, I will coach you on form and help you achieve your goals using kettlebells, free weights, bodyweight exercises, and TRX.
