Whether you are new to yoga and are hoping to learn the fundamentals before taking your first group class, recovering from an injury or looking to deepen your practice and develop new skills, one-on-one yoga sessions are the fastest way to achieve your goals. With private yoga, the practice can be customized to accommodate your specific abilities and interests.

Small group private classes are the perfect way to practice with family members, friends, coworkers and can be specially themed for birthdays, girls night out, or any other celebration or event!

Private yoga and private small group sessions are available online, outside (weather permitting), or in studio. I can even travel to your location for an additional fee.
