CHAIR YOGA

DESCRIPTION: In this class, you will learn basic yoga postures to improve strength, balance, and flexibility using the support and assistance of a chair. Movements will be done either sitting in a chair or standing with the option to use the chair for support. Guided mindfulness and breathwork techniques will be incorporated into the class to help calm anxiety and relieve stress. All sizes, ages, and abilities are welcomed. No previous yoga experience necessary.

GENTLE YOGA

DESCRIPTION: Gentle yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative practice that is nurturing and relaxing. Perfect for beginner yogis or those who may be recovering from injuries. The combination of mindful movement and breathwork will leave you feeling refreshed and your body will thank you. All sizes, abilities, and ages are welcome. Adaptations for poses will be available and students will have the option to use a chair. No previous yoga experience necessary.

YOGA FOR LARGER BODIES

DESCRIPTION: Yoga for Larger Bodies is a body-affirming yoga practice designed for folks of every size, shape, and ability. If you have ever felt too intimidated to enter a yoga studio due to your body size or felt that yoga wasn't designed for your body, then this class series is for you. During our gentle yoga practice, you will discover ways to create a yoga practice that works for you and learn mindfulness techniques to reduce anxiety and stress. No previous experience required, this class is perfect for beginners!
