Gentle Yoga + Yoga Nidra

This workshop is both in person at the Yoga Room and online via Zoom.

Join Mary for a deeply nourishing and restorative gentle yoga and yoga nidra practice. We’ll begin with slower paced mindful movement designed to release tension followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, also known as the sleep of the yogi, that promotes complete rest and relaxation. Some benefits of yoga nidra include reduced stress and anxiety and improved sleep.

No previous yoga experience required - all are welcome.
