Spring is a time for renewal, to release anything that is no longer serving us, and make way for transformation and new beginnings.
In this workshop we will explore the balance of energy, practice grounding, and celebrate the transition of seasons. You will be guided through a gentle and mindful movement practice, concluding with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation for stress relief and relaxation.
